Entering is easy.


All you need to do is fill out the form(s) and send in your $25 entry fee (per team), in one of 4 ways!



  1. All Online. Fill out the form below and click submit. Fill out a separate form for each team you would like to enter. Then send your total payment (# of teams you submitted x $25) via PayPal to kpa4686@gmail.com. Both your PayPal payment and entry form(s) must be submitted by midnight on 31 December 2017.


  2. All Snail Mail. Print the form found here. Fill it out (1 for each team you would like to enter). Mail it and your total payment (# of teams you submitted x $25) to the address below. Entry form(s) and payment must be postmarked by 31 December 2017 and received by 15 January 2018.


  3. Online Enter - Snail Mail Pay. Combo of #1 & #2. Fill out the form below and click submit. Fill out a separate form for each team you would like to enter. Online entry form(s) must be submitted by midnight on 31 December 2017. Then mail your total payment (# of teams you submitted x $25) to the address below. Payment must be postmarked by 31 December 2017 and received by 15 January 2018.


  4. Snail Mail Enter - Online Pay. Combo of #2 & #1. Print the form found here. Fill it out (1 for each team you would like to enter) and mail it to the address below. Then send your total payment (# of teams you submitted x $25) via PayPal to kpa4686@gmail.com. Entry form(s) must be postmarked by 31 December 2017 and received by 15 January 2018 and your PayPal payment must be submitted by midnight on 31 December 2017.



All monies must be payable in US dollars.

DO NOT make checks payable to "The NewlyDead Game".

Checks must be made payable to "Keith Agler".
(An additional charge of $20 will be levied for bounced checks)
Money orders are acceptable.
US currency is acceptable, although not advised.

You can enter as many teams as you wish, paying the entry fee for each team you enter.

$23 of the $25 dollars will go into the kitty to be distributed among the winners.
$2 will be deducted for administrative expenses associated with running the pool.
